Che ve lo dico a fare ...
Semplice e godurioso. Basta incidere il filetto di salmone norvegese all'interno e riempirlo con la mozzarella a fettine sottilissime. Scegliete voi il ripieno. Aggiungete una foglia di basilico.
Poi con un filo di olio scottatelo in padella.
Poi ditemi com'è :-)
Ingredienti:
1 trancio di salmone norvegese
1 bocconcino di bufala campana
yogurt greco
basilico
sale, pepe
Incidete il salmone al centro, inserite la mozzarella a fettine e il basilico e pressate bene.
Scottatelo in padella per 2 minuti a lato.
Servite con lo yogurt salato e pepato.
