Ci tengo a dirlo perché cambia il sapore e la consistenza dello sciroppo. Queste sono davvero divine. Tenere all'interno e caramellate fuori. Non vi ho già fatto venire fame?
Allora seguitemi...in cucina. Ricetta facilissima.
Ingredienti:
Una confezione di cipolline
30 gr di olio evo
150 ml di acqua
3 cucchiai di zucchero
45 ml di aceto balsamico
sale
In una pentola mettete le cipolline con l'olio. Aggiungete l'acqua, lo zucchero e l'aceto balsamico. Salate e fate stufare per 25 minuti. Controllate le cipolline con uno forchetta e se dovessero essere troppo dure durante la cottura, aggiungete un po' di acqua. Quando le cipolline saranno tenere al tatto e la salsa sarà diventata sciropposa, sono pronte. Spegnete il fuoco, versate in un piatto da portata e versate sopra lo sciroppo caramellato.
